Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We have a 30 day return policy. Items to be eligible for a return, must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (no visible signs of wear), with tags, and in its original packaging. If you are for some reason not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a merchandise credit or a refund, please see below..

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instruction on how and where to send the package. Items to be sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return For a Refund or Exchange:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email of your refund or credit.

  2. Package the item in a (minimum) padded envelope via a tracked shipping method, and include a note with your contact info, order number and request.

  3. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Repairs:

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our designs, but life happens! Should you have a design become damaged, we can repair at a minimum cost to you (excludes return shipping costs of the item to our studio.) If at any time you find the product to break, simply contact us and it will be repaired or replaced provided the part(s) are not a limited edition or no longer is stock, other than shipping costs.
